This is an update on Florida's Endangered Species.. This is regarding many of our endangered species of all animals, insects, birds and most of all our Panther's.. Please feel free to make comments to the US Fish and Wildlife decision to disrupt sanctuaries for every ENDANGERED SPECIES for homes.... My goodness do they not think, when they make these decisions!!! Many are near extinction... Please share.. Mahalo

I am helping to share this for PETA and all Florida Residents, to all that are concerned about extinction!!!!

Through April 25, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) is accepting public comment on possibly allowing development and other activities on land that is home to endangered and protected species, bordered by the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge to the south, the Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest to the north and east, and the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary to the northwest. Developers would apparently be allowed to kill or displace Florida panthers, Florida scrub-jays, Audubon's crested caracaras, wood storks, red-cockaded woodpeckers, Everglade snail kites, eastern indigo snakes, Florida bonneted bats, and gopher tortoises. And because these species are already in danger as a result of habitat destruction and encroachment (for example, the state's panther population is estimated at just 100 to 180 animals), animals desperately need you to voice your opposition!

Polite comments urging the USFWS to deny all development permits can be e-mailed to comments-eastcollierhcp@fws.gov (the USFWS asks that you please include your name and return mailing address in your e-mail message). And please forward this alert to everyone you know!

Thank you for speaking up for Florida's wildlife.

Sincerely,
