BREAKING NEWS!!!!! Humane Society International continues to shut down the DOG/CAT MEAT FARMS IN SOUTH KOREA.... This is the largest dog meat farm to be closed by Humane Society International.... Humane Society International is one of the only international animal protection organizations in the world. They work tirelessly everyday in every walk of life and culture to protect all animals— laboratories, farm animals, companion animals, and all wildlife and endangered species. They have a record of achievement which is outstanding and demonstrates dedication, time and time again. Dog Meat Farms need to be shut down, this is no longer cultural, this is pure inhumane actions against animals in general. Governments of these countries take a blind -eye to actions done. The US, UK, and many other nations have filtered their way through to these countries, teaching more western ways of living and working. I have seen much working and living throughout the Middle Eastern countries that brought me to my knees. I am very proud to be a member of Humane Society International and I say "BRAVO", to all their work they do in the name of "JUSTICE" for all animals throughout the world.... Please share. Mahalo

BREAKING:
We have just completed our largest dog meat farm closure yet. 171 dogs are arriving at designated U.S. shelters to receive necessary veterinary care to be adopted into loving forever homes.

HSI is working in countries across Asia to end the grisly dog meat trade They participate in raids on trucks crammed with dogs headed for slaughter. They provide funding to train officials for improved enforcement of laws and support care for confiscated animals. In South Korea,  they are  helping dog meat farmers transition to more humane ways of making a living.  They have now helped form the Asia Canine Protection Alliance to end the illegal trade of dogs from Thailand and Laos into Vietnam.
These animals are brutally slaughtered not only in South Korea, but throughout  many of the Asian countries.  Humane Society International  has investigators and trained field workers during the Yulin Festival to help stop this inhumane slaughter of dogs and cats. Petitions are sent to everyone, so if you see one from HSI or any other organization, please sign them.  Our signatures not only from the US, but from all over the world, speak loud and clear to the governments in these countries to establish laws and to enforce them to stop the slaughter of dogs for human consumption.
By drawing the attention of governments and the public to the cruelty involved in this industry, they hope to put a stop to the misery these animals endure, everyday of their life.
HUMANE SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL  'BRAVO'   Please join them in their fight to stop the INHUMANE DOG MEAT TRADE..
