Some of the victories shared.... Animal Legal Defense Fund helped ensure that Sea World San Diego will not be able to expand unless they end their captive breeding program for Orca's. This was also a primary concern of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), so along with ALDF this was accomplished.
There was an Ag Gag law introduced in Idaho referencing filming, or speaking of abuse on factory farmers was prohibited. The Animal Legal Defense Fund filed suit and the law was overturned and deemed unconstitutional. Abuse is everywhere, and if we had as much Humanity in our hearts, as these organizations that work tirelessly everyday filing suits, shutting down dog meat factory farming internationally, stopping animal abuse in medical facilities, veterinary facilities, and trophy hunting. Every one of us should be supporting them, signing their petitions and giving what we can to these dedicated organizations.
Animal Legal Defense Fund also issued 4 separate suits for the extreme cruelty, disgusting working conditions, and much more against the CHICKEN GIANT TYSON!!!!!!!!!!!! Yahoooooooooo!

ALDF sued the USDA requiring them to label Foie Gras what it is diseased. Foie Gras consists of diseased livers from Ducks and Geese. They are forced fed an incredible amounts of grain which induces the liver to increase in size 3 fold or more. This is a very painful and inhumane treatment of Ducks and Geese.
